About the event
Whilst our meet ups and socials are great for catching up over a drink, meeting other self employed parents and having an informal chat about workor life, I'm super excited to announce the first in a series of peer-to-peer support sessions all about helping each other build their businesses or wellbeing!
They will be child free and taking place on an evening. I'm hoping that each session one of you lovely POSBLers will share the tips and tricks that you have learned about a certain topic that you use with the rest of the group!
This month we have the fabulous Shannon from Balance Fitness who is going to chat to us about maintaining good health and nutrition when you are a parent! Our own health is something that is often last on our to-do lists but this is the chance to pick up some ideas from other parents, ask Shannon anything you want and start to change your mindset when it comes to prioritising your wellbeing.
The discussion will be totally informal and we want to hear about how you manage your health when juggling your business and parenting too, do you have any lunchbox go-tos or workout hacks that we might not have thought of? Come and have a chat!Â
